We are currently an in-network provider for: United, Aetna, Cigna, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Tricare, Accountable, ChoiceCare, Concentric (Humana Preferred), Great West, Texas True Choice, MultiPlan, HealthSmart, Humana, PacifiCare, Secure Horizons, Coventry, Mail Handlers, First Health, Unicare, Amerigroup, Medicare, and Medicaid. 

We have applied for the following insurance plans: Beech Street, ppoNEXT, MHSEGHP, and TX Health Steps. 

Parkland Medicaid has not renewed its contract with the Methodist Health System.  Unfortunately, we are no longer able to accept patients with Parkland Medicaid.  We are also not an in network provider for Molina Medicaid.  Please switch to traditional Medicaid, Unicare, or Amerigroup.

Because we know that your health is important, we will still treat you if you are on one of the above plans.  We can work out a payment with you and you can try to obtain reimbursement from your own insurance. 

If your plan is not listed above, it is because we have not encountered a patient yet who has requested that we become a participating provider.  Please call us so that we can try to get on your plan. 

If you live in Dallas county, then we recommend you obtain coverage from Parkland Health Plus or from Project Access.  If your income is too great to qualify for these programs, then we will be happy to see you on a cash basis.  Payment will be due at time of service.  If you can not afford the full payment, then payment plans can be worked out individually.
